Types of elevator guide shoes

Elevator guide shoes are divided into rolling guide shoes and sliding guide shoes!

1. The rolling guide shoe is stuck on the track with 3 or 6 wheels, which is generally used for the elevator with a speed of more than 2 meters!

Features: the rolling friction replaces the sliding friction, reduces the friction loss, reduces the vibration and noise in operation, and improves the comfort of riding, but the processing and installation requirements of the guide shoes are relatively high

2. The fixed sliding guide shoe is a chute stuck on the guide rail. The concave groove is generally used for elevators with a speed of less than 2m!

Features: because the guide shoe head is fixed, simple in structure and without adjusting mechanism, the matching clearance between guide shoe and guide rail will be larger and larger with the increase of elevator operation time, and the car will shake or even impact during operation

3. The elastic sliding guide shoes are divided into spring type sliding guide shoes (applicable to elevators with rated speed less than 1.7m / s) and rubber spring type sliding guide shoes (applicable to medium and high speed elevators)
